We’ve purchased vehicles from Santa Fe Ford, Alachua , FL for 30+ years. We’ve had a great experience for most of our purchases. This time was very different. Our sales associate Sean McCauley went above and beyond. We special ordered my truck and he went over every addition I wanted in my Ranger Lariat. He gave us a realistic turn around time for our build. He then called us when it arrived AND sent us pics of the truck. In addition, he showed me how to work the extensive electronic options. I chose to have the extra coating on my paint and have the key code option added. He not only scheduled the appointment for that but also got us the loaner vehicle. I can’t recommend him enough. Ford has an amazing employee in Sean McCauley!!! P.S. I love my new truck!!
